Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
Tap Microsoft Exchange.
Type the information requested in the Email and Password fields. You need be sure to enter your full email address in the Email (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org). Your password is the same as what you would use to log into a computer at the station.
Tap Next on the upper-right corner of the screen. Your mail program will try to find the settings it needs to set up your account and most likely fail and redirect you to enter in some more information.
Once again verify the Email shown is your FULL email address (this includes @pd.shrewsburyma.gov)
In the Domain field, enter pd.shrewsburyma.gov
Leave the server field blank, and then tap Next.
If the Username field is blank re-enter your Username only (NOT the @pd.shrewsburyma.gov)
Choose the type of information you want to synchronize between your account and your device, and then touch Save. By default, Mail, Contacts, and Calendar information are synchronized.
If you're prompted to create a passcode, tap Continue and type a numeric passcode. If you don’t set up a passcode, you cannot view your email account on your iPhone.
