Reports for NEC UCB Call Center

We don't install applications for the UCB Call Center on PC's.  We just enable shortcuts to the location of the application on the UCB Server (SHR-eicc). 

To enable this, simply create a desktop shortcut to the following -

The Administrator section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\Adminsitrator.exe

The Application Manager section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\ApplicationManager.exe

The Audit Trail Report section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\AuditTrailReport.exe

The Console section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\Console.exe  

The Desktop section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\Desktop.exe

The Media Viewer section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\MediaViewer.exe

The Reports section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\Reports.exe

The ReportsViewer section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\ReportsViewer.exe 


The Templates Editor section of the UCB Call Center is a shortcut to \\Shr-eicc\cti\bin\TemplateEditor.exe
