How to reset your voicemail pin / security code

Be aware if this is your first time accessing your voicemail you will need to contact a member of the IT staff at techsupport@shrewsburyma.gov in order to get your initial/default security code.

If your pin/security code has been reset by a member IT:

  1. Dial 8300 from your desk phone
  2. Enter the passcode _____
  3. Reset your pin as requested

If you know your existing pin/passcode and want to change it:

  1. Dial 8300 from your desk phone
  2. Enter your passcode
  3. Push 7 for Setup Options
  4. Push 7 for Personal Options
  5. Push 4 to change your security code
