How to access archived, old, or even deleted emails

All incoming and outgoing email is archived for * email accounts. To view or retrieve the emails specifically related to your account you must log into our Barracuda Message Archiver.

  1. Open any browser and go to (Note this will only work while on the Town/SELCO/PD networks)
  2. You will be greeted with the following log-in prompt. Simply log in with the username and password that you use to access your computer. Please note this is not your full email address but just the username portion in front of the @.
  3. Once you are logged in you will be able to search for the email you are looking for.
