This is a quick guide on how to change the default printer for most applications which use the standard windows print dialogue box.
Go to your start menu and left click Devices and Printers. If you cannot Find this you may also search for it by typing devices and printers in the search box of the start menu.
You will then see a list of printers that were automatically installed when you logged in. Simply right click the printer you plan to use often and left click “Set as default printer”
