Some users may have multiple requests in with IT for assistance or maybe want to refer back to an older request that was made for informational purposes.
In order to do this:
Once you log in you will see be able to see a full list of ALL tickets you have created regardless of status (not necessarily ones created by IT or another staff member).
If you click on a ticket subject you will also notice a full history of all responses including attachments. HappyFox does not include old ticket responses in order to make email messages smaller but the IT department always has access to each response as well as the original ticket creator.
