Residents who need to reset their passwords in ViewPoint will use the "Don't Remember Your Password" feature on the login screen. When they select this feature, a password reset will be sent to the email they used to register.
Please note; ViewPoint can verify that the system sent the email (if we contact them). However, there is no way for us to verify receipt, nor diagnose a resident's computer. Ask them to check their spam folder, or contact their email/internet provider for assistance.
Staff password resets can use the same feature. However, we can assist if there is an issue with your email.
