General: ViewPoint is our online storefront for digital transactions.  It is a web-based system for permits, licenses, or certificates.  It allows residents to request services, pay for those services, and track status.

Support Expectations:  Availability/Functionality - Normal or off hours, SELCO IT is responsible to ensure that your computer is working and that you have access to the internet.  All other support calls should be directed to the Vendor as part of their normal support & maintenance.

SELCO IT is responsible for assisting in setup, workflow, design, and/or configuration of the system.

PLEASE NOTE - THE SELCO IT DEPARTMENT WILL PROVIDE NO SUPPORT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN USING THIS APPLICATION.

Residents log into the residential portal; staff members log into the Admin portal.

Our external resident portal can be found at "shrewsburyma.gov/ViewPoint"

Resident users will need to register to create their own login ID and password.  If they encounter any issues with creating a user ID, You must refer them to ViewPoint.  At your discretion, you may contact ViewPoint on their behalf, or simply accept paper forms from that resident and waive the fee.  But Shrewsbury has no ability to reset passwords, clear up ID's, or resend credentials for end users.  We are likewise unable to diagnose an issue with a non-Shrewsbury owned device.       

The Staff/Administrative portal can be found at "shrewsburyma.gov/VAdmin"

Staff users will need to be set up by their department's Admin, or by SELCO IT.  Once they have been set up, they will receive a confirmation email. We cannot change any access or add that user to any groups until they have been confirmed.  We can resend internal confirmation emails as needed.
